M2S, Inc., founded in 1997, is a privately owned company that specializes in medical image and data management services for the improvement of patient outcomes. Located in New Hampshire, our highly trained workforce and extensive industry experience have made M2S an industry leader in clinical data registries, advanced radiographic image analysis and clinical trial image management. With less than 100 employees, being a smaller sized company cultivates a customer-focused environment in which nearly our entire workforce deals directly with the customer or product on a daily basis.
In the 1990’s M2S developed advanced 3D computer models for the aortic vascular market. With M2S’s Preview® service, these 3D models, combined with sophisticated measurement tools became invaluable for pre-operative vascular surgery planning and established M2S as a respected leader in endovascular image management. Over the next five years, M2S expanded to include a web-based patient evaluation and management registry, PEMS®, which has grown to be the largest radiographic registry in the country.
As the value of 3D imaging grew within the medical device industry, M2S’s service quickly became integral in many manufacturers’ clinical trials, and the company expanded into the clinical trial image and data management market. As experts in the AAA and TAA areas, M2S provides image management and analysis services for aortic disease medical device clinical trials. Today, M2S has processed more than 170 million images.
Continuing to advance the tools offered to its customers for improving patient outcomes, M2S launched Clinical Data Pathways in 2009. The Pathways clinical data management solution offers physicians, institutions and researchers greater control over their data by providing a web-based data collection platform for real-time report generation, quality improvement and outcome analysis. Through partnership with the Society for Vascular Surgery® (SVS), M2S offers the Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI). Utilizing the Pathways registry, VQI provides a network of regional vascular quality improvement study groups the ability to pool data on key vascular procedures to lead to the improvement of patient care.
