How will implementing Pathways into my physician office affect workflow?
The simple web-based entry allows for easy access and rapid data entry, while lying within the clinical pathway and removing the burdensome workload of typical registries. Pathways allows for real-time outcome analysis, which will improve the quality of care by supporting identification of best practice and process modification, saving you and your facility both time and money.
How can I access my data?
Data can be accessed through Pathways web-based portal. The website ensures secure access from any location with internet access, allowing for multi-center data pooling and easy data access 24/7.
How does the reporting process work?
Pathways produces a series of standard reports tracking key Quality Improvement measures including mortality rates, re-admission rates, post-procedure recovery and many more. Reporting of these measures allows for comparison by physician, institution or region in real-time. In addition, we can create customized reports based on your institution’s specified needs.
How does data pooling work? Will my data be secure?
Data can be pooled at the local, regional, state, and national levels, giving the user the ability to compare within their own hospital/group, or more broadly. Users can choose the extent to which their data is pooled, and can be assured their data is safe with M2S’ HIPAA compliant system with military grade data encryption.
