Clinical Data Pathways, powered by M2S, is a web-based system providing physicians, clinical researchers, hospitals, and medical centers with a unified and secure source for data management, as well as outcome reporting and data sharing among multiple institutions.

Customized to meet each client's needs while adhering to the requirements of collaborative medical registry protocol, Pathways provides a powerful and secure web-based solution for data entry and
real-time risk adjusted
reporting. Through M2S' agreement with Pervasive Software, Pathways can be seamlessly integrated with current EMR systems, allowing for the inclusion of past procedures and avoiding redundant data entry efforts. Our web-based medical registry consists of two parts:  

• Communications and reporting portal: provides an additional layer of control and facilitates communication about the registry through announcement and discussion boards; important documents, reports and protocols specific to your registry can be posted to further promote transparency and collaboration

• Data entry and patient tracking interface: flexible to accommodate the client's collection and reporting requirements; designed to maintain quality data input and increase efficiency of data entry 

Pathways is a HIPAA compliant system with military grade data encryption for patient data transfer. Refer to our security document for further details.
